The SYL Leadership Development Trainings

The School Based and Weekend Leadership Trainings are programs for elementary, high school and college students in Negros Oriental. 

​

Division Wide SPG and SSG Leadership Development Trainings are organized in partnership with a DepEd Division with the aim to awaken the giants of student leaders and teacher advisers.

​

Teachers Training covers modules on 7 Deadly Sins in Teaching, Domains of Intelligence, Organizational Leadership and Management. 

​

LGU Training emphasizes on Teamwork and Management with emphasis on decision making and balance.

​

Professional and Executive Leadership Training for senior executives is a brand of leadership that stresses what someone does, rather than who someone is. Examine a framework that doesn’t focus on those at the top, but rather on the relationships the team has created through the individuals working diligently at the ground level, inspiring change, and producing positive, powerful results.

NATIONAL SUMMER LEADERSHIP CAMP is the highest leadership development program of SYL which is the longest running camps in the Philippines. This is held every April and May of the year in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

NATIONAL TRAINING FOR TEACHERS TEACHING SOCIAL STUDIES AND HISTORY is an annual convetion of Aral Pan

Teachers and Social Science Professors. They discuss about current strategies and techniques in teaching the subject

INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE IN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT EDUCATION is a bi-annual conference organized by SYL with its significant partners in Asian region. The conference talks about Leadership Development, Education, Diplomacy and Peace.
